This section will describe you use of employees and managers.  Describe the educational background and/or training of the employees and managers your business will employ.  Also, include compensation and benefit plans for each type of job.  The following list of requirements must be present for full credit.
  • Narrative describing the need for employees of your business
  • Salaries or hourly rates for various positions in the company
  • Educational requirements for various positions
  • Vacation time and other benefits
  • Evaluation procedures (how employees are promoted or released.)
  • Create a weekly schedule for your employees - what hours and days will they work? (must be done on excel software)
  • Chart showing "chain of command" or other organizational structure
  • Complete, grammatically correct sentences in proper paragraph form
  • Correct spelling
