7th and 8th grade math students are figuring the volume and surface of each gingerbread house.  This gingerbread project includes: squares, rectangles, parallel and perpendicular lines which are all part of the geometry unit.  Students were also asked to graph each three dimensional shape as part of their gingerbread house.
