Paperwork
The following items must be signed and turned into the coach prior to first day of tryouts:
Physical-must have been conducted within the last year and prior to practice
Insurance Waiver
Drug Testing
Training Rules
Emergency Procedures
Acknowledgement of Risk and Consent
Birth Certificate
Softball fee is due after cuts but before first game. Athlete's are not eligible to play until the fee is paid.
