It's that time again - time for our PTO Great American Fall Fundraiser!  We will be selling a great assortment of confections and gift items from the Holiday Wishes catalog.  We are confident that you will enjoy selling these items to your friends, neighbors, family and co-workers.  The profits from this sale will be used to finance special projects, equipment and activities for the students at Prairie Central Upper Elementary School.  Thank you for your support!

IMPORTANT DATES

 

Sale Begins:  Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009

Order forms are sent home.   Additional forms are available in the school office.

 

DO NOT SELL DOOR-TO-DOOR!  

 

Orders will not be given to you until payment is made in full.

 

At the time you pick up your order, 

you will be required to write ONE check for the full amount

of the entire order you placed. 

NOTEYour check will be held for ten days following item pick up

 to allow time for you to collect and deposit the money for your sales.

 

Sale Ends & Order Forms are Due:  Tuesday, Oct. 6

Please turn in the TOP TWO COPIES of the order form to your teacher.  Be sure your student's name, teacher's name, grade and amount due are completed.  You keep the pink copy.

 

Pick Up Day:  Thursday, Nov. 12

Please make arrangements to pick up orders between 3:00-6:00 PM.  Money is due at time of pick up.  Please write one check for the entire order.  Your check will be held for ten days following pick up to allow time for you to collect and deposit the money for your sales.

 

Money for the entire order is due Thursday, November 12th

at time of pick up!  REMEMBER:  ONE CHECK ONLY!
