Parent reminder: Those students entering PreK (for the first time), Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th are required to submit a school physical with updated immunization record. Those students entering 12th must submit an updated immunization record showing proof of two doses of the meningitis shot or one dose if given at the age of 16 or older. These physicals and immunization records are due by 10/15. Your student will be excluded from school starting 10/16 if not turned in. Vision and dental exams are due in May 2022. If you have not made your appt for these exams or immunizations, please do so as soon as possible. If you are unsure if you turned them in, please contact your school nurse.
