Just a reminder that we are planning on recognizing the 1996 Chenoa Redbirds State Championship football team prior to the PCHS homecoming football game this Friday. Any players/coaches from the team, please meet at the west end of the track at 6:30 PM. We will make introductions shortly after. Rostered members from the team, please use the main pass gate window for free admission to the game.

Congratulations to 2018 PC grad, Aidan Krieger, on being named as a Robert G. Bone Scholar at Illinois State University! This makes 3 years in a row that a PC graduate has been named as a Bone Scholar at ISU. The Bone Scholarship is the highest university-wide honor given to undergraduate students.

The Jr. High Girls Basketball game at Nash Middle school on Tuesday, September 28th has been pushed back to start at 5:30. The bus for the athletes will leave the Jr. High at 3:45.

Prairie Central High School would like to invite the 1996 Class 1A State Champion Chenoa Redbirds football team to be recognized prior to our homecoming football game on Friday, Oct. 1st. The team is also invited to enter a float in the homecoming parade, which will be held in Fairbury, starting at 2:30pm on Friday, Oct. 1st. The Jr. High volleyball coaches will be hosting an open gym for any 7th and 8th grade girls interested in playing volleyball this year. These will be held at the Jr. High from 3:15 - 5:15 on Tues. 9/28, Mon. 10/4 and Thurs. 10/7. Please contact the Jr. High office with any questions.
There will be no freshman volleyball game at Watseka on Monday, Sept. 20. The JV game will start at 5:30 PM, followed by the varsity game.
