On Tuesday, five current Prairie Central teachers were awarded scholarships for classroom projects from the Livingston County Retired Teachers Association. They include Renee Wenger, Angie Kratochvil, and Carrie Small, who attended the fall meeting and luncheon in Pontiac, and Allison Kaisner and Tammy Pollard, who were unable to attend. A highlight of the morning was seeing so many retired teachers from PC and its parent schools. At 101 1/2 years young, Cathryn Frisby retired from Westview many years ago! Additional teachers present were Donna DeMuth, Carol Hoffman, Janet Beyer, Norma Harms, Bob Walter, Karen Harms, Don Gibb, Ron Schramm, Peggy Beyer, and Connie Rich (not pictured). Prairie Central has an amazing history of outstanding educators!
