BOARD MEETING RESCHEDULED: Due to inclement weather, tonight's Board of Education meeting will be postponed until Tuesday, February 22nd and will be held in the Prairie Central High School library beginning at 7:00. A transportation committee meeting will be held earlier. The agenda has been updated to reflect these changes, and is posted on the website.
In anticipation of ice and snow tomorrow, all Prairie Central Schools will be closed Thursday, February 17th. Extra-curricular activities are also cancelled, including practices. If this changes, teams and groups will be notified. Also be reminded that Friday is a teacher institute day and therefore students will also not be in attendance on Friday, February 18th. Enjoy your evening.
The PCHS girls basketball IHSA Regional Championship game vs. Peotone has been POSTPONED till Friday, Feb. 18 at 7 PM at Reed Custer High School. The 3pt contest has also been postponed to Friday, starting at 5:30 PM.

PC girls basketball picked up a win Thursday night over El Paso-Gridley, 56-37! They finished the regular season with an overall record of 22-8 and 8-2 in the Illini Prairie Conference! They will play in the Reed Custer Regional on Monday night at 7:30 PM.

The admission for Jr. High volleyball tonight in Forrest is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students/children. PC students WILL have to pay. PC and IESA passes will still be honored. The first game starts at 4:30. Come on out!
